Refund and Return Policy
We at Gordon Technical do everything we can to find the most suitable products for any specification that you may follow. This involves a large amount of study, and many days out in the field watching how our customers use and rely on the equipment in their lab.
We all work in an industry that is evolving rapidly, and these daily changes can make things complicated. We’re here to help to make sure you get what you need.
It happens. Most of the time we try and catch it before we send it out, but sometimes we aren’t able to do this. If you purchased the wrong item and still have it unopened in its original packaging, you are still able to return it to us.

We accept most items purchased through our website within 7 days of receipt provided that they are unopened, in their original packaging, and are in good condition.

- Ship back the item with the code
- We get your return
- We process your return
We will give you an RMA number which will need to be written on the box that you ship back to us.
Please don’t ship us an item back without an RMA number. This will cause a major delay in your return and could possibly result in the item being lost and non-returnable. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost that don’t have an RMA number on them.

When we receive your item, we will inspect it and make sure that the item is in good condition. And then we process your return.
Once everything looks good we will credit the item cost back into your account.
